摘　　要：新型电容式湿敏元件性能检测系统采用下位机采样、上位机处理数据的方式.该套装置克服了以往手工测试的诸多不便,节约时间,可实现批量测量,适用于电容式湿敏元件的参数测试及可靠性试验过程中的监测,是研究电容式湿敏元件的有力工具.The device overcomed inconvenient of hand testing in the past. Time can be saved for its specialty of measurement on line when we work with it. It suits for the monitoring during the reliability test and the parameter testing of the capacitive humidity sensor, it is a good helper in studying capacitive humidity sensor.
