森林资源可持续发展的评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：利用循环经济理论研究森林资源的可持续发展评价问题,在循环经济理论指导下建立森林资源可持续发展的评价指标体系,根据森林资源可持续发展的特点,提出了建立评价指标体系的原则,包括完整性原则、系统性原则、可操作性原则、实用性原则、目的性原则,建立了森林资源可持续发展评价指标体系的层次结构,森林资源可持续发展的评价指标体系分为三个层次,第一层为目标层、第二层为准则层、第三层为指标层,并选择了相应的评价指标,提出了相应的评价方法,包括物种的多样性、生产能力、水保持、森林生态系统的健康和活力、对全球生态循环的贡献、森林生态系统实现社会和经济作用的能力、经济发展水平、资源利用情况。Evaluation system of forestry resource sustainable development is researched. It is set up by circulation economy theory. Principles of evaluation system are proposed, based on the features of forestry resource sustainable development, which include principle of integrity, system, maneuverability, practicability and purposiveness. Three hierarchies are set up, including hierarchy of goal, rule, and target. Evaluation index and method circulation are proposed, which include species diversity, production capacity, water maintenance, health and vigor of forest ecological system, and contribution to ecological cycle, the ability of forest ecological system for economic and society, economy development level, resources utilization.
