摘　　要：概述了国内外对驱动电机系统可靠性的研究,以及驱动电机可靠性加速试验方法。通过对驱动电机系统组成以及其故障机理的分析归纳出驱动电机系统故障树,确定了影响驱动系统可靠性的因素,为其故障诊断工作提供了参考依据。This paper researches on the reliability of motor drive system and the accelerated life testing. It summarizes the fault tree through the failure mechanism and the construction of the motor drive system. And it confirms the influence factors about the reliability. It can be a reference to the fault detect.
