摘 要:采用理化性能分析、铁谱分析和光谱分析等多种分析技术来对设备润滑油进行综合分析诊断,开发了基于多种分析技术的油液监测分析专家系统。建立了专家系统的框架结构,结合油液监测专家系统的特点,确定了知识的表达方式,并用SQL Server2000数据库建立了专家系统的知识库;确定了正反向混合推理结合的推理机结构。使用这个专家系统可以判断设备的运行状态,预测设备的换油周期,并通过及时预报潜在的故障避免灾难性损坏,提高企业经济效益。By using several analytic techniques such as physical chemistry analysis、 infrared spectrum analysis and optical spectrum analysis,the synthesis diagnosis of the equipment's lubricating oil is carried out.An expert system of lubricating oil monitor is developed based on the analytic techniques.The framework of the expert system is put for ward,the way of knowledge expression according to the character of the expert system is determined the knowledge-bese of the expert is established based on database SQL Server 2000 and the structure of the reasoning machine with forward and backward union is determined.By using the expert system,the running status of the machine can be judged,the oil changing periods can be duided,and the enterprise benefit is improved through predicting the potential accidents promptly to guard against the disastrous damage.
