摘  要:采用α、ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷作基础胶,正硅酸乙酯为交联剂,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,通过工艺配方优化实验,并进行性能测试得出基胶与交联剂的配比,催化剂和白炭黑填料在印模材料中的适合比例,确定材料的基本配方,制备出性能优良,成本较低且易于普及的缩合型室温硫化硅橡胶口腔印模材料,为其临床应用提供参考依据。缩合型室温硫化硅橡胶口腔印模材料的基本配方为100 g基胶中,交联剂为8 g,催化剂为5 g,补强填料白炭黑为25 g,增容填料100 g。该配方的印模材料,固化时间为5.5 min,基本不粘手,柔韧性较好,与商业品印模材料精度相当。First of all, using α, ω - dihydroxy polydimethyl siloxane as found polymer, tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) as the cross- linker, Dibutyhin dilaurate(DBTDL) as a catalyst, to gain the ratio of found polymer and crosslinker, contents of catalyst and silica gel filler by the process of technological formula and the performance test, and then to obtain the optimized formula and prepared condensed room temperature-vulcanized silicone rubber impression material which has the good properties, low cost and popularity, which provides reference for clinical application. The optimized formula is found polymer 100 g, erosslinker 8 g, catalyst 5 g, silica gel filler 25 g, compatibilization filler 100 g. The formula impression material showed a good performance in the viscosity and flexibility testing and similarity accuracy in compared with commercial impression material, while the setting time is 5.5 min.
