摘　　要：以全国30个省、自治区、直辖市高校专利申请为研究对象,利用随机前沿生产函数考察了从2002到2005年4年期间的高校知识创新效率问题.结果表明:随机前沿生产函数可以正确反映高校知识的创新过程.全国各个地区高校的专利产出效率在2004年有了较大的加速增长,进一步确立了高校在国家创新体系中知识创新源头的地位.Based on the patent application of 30 universities in provinces, autonomous regions and cities, it uses random foreland production function to investigate the knowledge-innovation efficiency of universities within 4 years from 2002 to 2005. The result shows that the random foreland production function can correctly reflect the knowledge innovation process in universities. The efficiency patent output of universities in various regions had rather significant accelerated increase in 2007, which had further solidified the status of universities as the source of knowledge innovation in the national innovation system.
