摘  要:宽范围氧化物定量分析是一种基于理论α法"表观浓度"概念(即元素浓度与谱线强度间的线性相关原理)适用于硅酸盐和碳酸盐类物料中多种氧化物的高精度定量分析方法。用硼酸盐为熔剂的熔融法制备样品,以单一纯元素氧化物或多元素氧化物合成方法配制标样,用基本参数法(FP)或理论α系数法校正残余基体影响。本文介绍以表观浓度概念为基础的宽范围氧化物分析方法,特别是以单元素或多元素氧化物合成的单点或多点标样校准仪器,取代多组分相似标样校准方法,实现精确的定量分析。根据冶金分析原辅材料的特点与要求,参照宽范围氧化物分析方法,加以适当的修改和调整,建立了一种以基本参数法为基础,适合于硅酸盐中多种氧化物的X-射线荧光光谱通用分析方法,用于对硅酸盐及碳酸盐类样品中氧化物的测定,结果与认定值均符合。The quantitative analysis of oxide in wide range is a high precision quantitative analysis applicable for many oxides in silicate and carbonate materials, which was based on the conception called apparent concentration (the linear correlation principle between element concentration and spectral intensity) of theoretical α method. The sample was prepared with fusion method using borate as fusing agent, the standard sample were prepared with single pure element oxide or multielement oxide synthetic method. The residual matrix effect was corrected by fundamental parameter method (FP) or theoretical α coefficient method. The analysis of oxide in wide range based on apparent concentration in present paper had many characteristics, especially the instead of multicomponent similar standard calibration method by single point or multi point calibration instrument standard sample synthesized by single element oxide or multielement oxide, realizing accurate quantitative analysis. After proper modification and adjustment according to the characteristics and demands of raw material in metallurgical analysis, and consulting the analysis of oxide in wide range a general method applicable for determining oxides in silicate and carbonate samples by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry based on fundamental parameter method was established. The method has been applied to the determination of oxides in silicate and carbonate samples, and the results were in good agreement with the certified values.
