摘　　要：对江西景德镇市1株紫杉醇含量达0.616‰的南方红豆杉优良母树进行了种子繁育、育苗栽培,并对8年生幼树进行了不同人工授粉处理的对比试验,结果表明,先用清水调制好花粉液,加入5%硼砂+10%糖,然后用喷雾器喷雾授粉的效果最好,授粉后平均结果率达97%。There is a elite Taxus chinensis mother tree which has the content of taxinol as high as 0. 616‰ in Jingdezhen city, the seedlings from the mother tree was cultivated, and the comparative test of six different artificial pollination techniques for 8 - year - old saplings was conducted. The results indicated that the following artificial pollination method had the best effect： firstly using water to make taxus pollen solution, then adding 5% borax and 10% sugar to the solution, finally spraying the mixed solution. After using the method to pollinate Taxus chinensis saplings, the average fruit - setting rate was up to 97%.
