摘　　要：目的:探讨运用颊粘膜移植预制尿道,分期治疗尿道下裂残废。方法:2001年至今,对76例尿道下裂残废患者采用Ⅰ期颊粘膜移植预制远端尿道,Ⅱ期局部皮瓣转移尿道吻接的方法进行手术治疗。结果:术后除一例尿道口狭窄外,其余病例的尿道均通畅,疗效满意。结论:颊粘膜移植分期尿道成形术是治疗尿道下裂残废的有效方法之一。Objective We report our surgical experience of two-stage repair for hypospadias cripple with buccal mucosa grafts to assess the efficacy of this approach, Methods 76 patients with severe urethral defect were repaired using our method from 2001. We reconstructed the penile urethra with buccal mucosa grafts in first stage. The unobstructed urethra was anastomosed using local flaps in second stage. Results Meatus stricture was occurred in one case, whereas the remaining 75 cases were successfully repaired with normal voiding. They all achieved excellent cosmetic and functional results. Conclusions Buccal mucosa grafts proved to be a reliable and durable method of two-stage repair for hypospadias cripples.
