烟酸片治疗寻常型痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察烟酸对寻常型痤疮的治疗效果。方法:将148例轻、中、重度寻常型痤疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服烟酸,对照组维生素B6、维生素E口服。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为96%和41.09%,治疗组有效人数明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。随访停药2周后的患者复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:烟酸治疗寻常型痤疮具有良好疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Nicotinic Acid Tablets in Ache vulgaris. Methods 148 Acne vulgaris patients were allocated to two groups： the experimental group was treated with Nicotinic Acid Tablets, while the control group was treated with Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin E. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group and control group were 96% and 41.09% respectively, the total effective case number in the experimental group is more than control group significantly （P〈0.01） and relapse rate of experimental group is less than control group remarkably. Conclusion Nicotinic Acid is an effective medicine to cure Acne vulgar.is with mild side effects.
