摘 要:目的观察兔不同肝背景模型超声造影时相变化,探讨不同肝实质背景对超声造影时相的影响。方法取雄性新西兰兔45只,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组15只。分别建立正常肝实质背景、脂肪肝背景、脂肪性肝硬化背景模型。对比各模型组二维超声表现及超声造影肝实质造影剂始增时间、峰值强度、峰值强度减半时间等。结果B、C两组肝实质造影剂始增时间均长于A组,峰值强度C组低于A、B两组,峰值强度减半时间B组最长,C组最短。病理结果显示:A组为正常肝组织,B组呈脂肪肝表现,C组呈肝硬化表现。结论实验兔肝超声造影不同肝实质背景造影增强时相不同。因此,超声造影诊断肝脏疾病时,应充分考虑肝实质背景不同引起的造影时相变化对病灶造影模式的影响。Objective To observe and discuss the CEUS phase changes of different hepatic background of rabbits. Methods 45 male New Zealand rabbits are grouped into A group,B group,C group to build normal hepatic back-ground,fatty liver background and liver cirrhosis background models, respectively. To observe the two-dimensional ultrasound of different models and to acquire the CEUS contrast arrival time of the liver parenchymal,peak intensity and the peak intensity half-reduced time of different modles. Results The contrast arrival time of the liver parenchymal of B,C group were obviously longer than that of A group,the peak intensity of C group was obviously lower than that of A,B group,the peak intensity half-reduced time of B group was the longest and that of C group was the shortest. The pathology examination manifest that: the liver of A group is normal, B group showed fatty liver changes, G group showed liver cirrhosis changes. Conclusions The study showed that different hepatic background have different CEUS phase changes. Therefore,when CEUS was used to diagnose liver diseases,it is essential to pay attention to the influence of phase changes brought about by different hepatic background.
