聚焦超声治疗慢性软组织损伤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦超声治疗慢性软组织损伤的安全性和有效性。方法选择80例慢性软组织损伤患者，给予聚焦超声单次治疗，在治疗后30min、3d、7d、14d观察其疗效及安全性。疗效指标包括局部疼痛、压痛、功能障碍。结果聚焦超声单次治疗后30min、3d、7d、14d总有效率分别为93．8％、61．3％、38．8％、22．5％，显示有满意的即刻疗效和一定的持续效应；2例有较轻副反应发生，副反应发生率为2．5％。结论本研究采用的聚焦超声治疗慢性软组织损伤安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of focused ultrasound in the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury. Methods Eighty patients with chronic soft tissue injury were treated with a single use of focused ultrasound. The efficacy and safety were evaluated after the treatment at different time points： 30 rain after treatment, 3 day after treatment, 7 day after treatment, 14 day after treatment. The efficacy indices included pain, local tenderness and limitation of movement. Results The total efficacy rate were respectively 93.8%, 61.3%, 38.8% and 22.5 %. Patients showed an immediate satisfied improvement in all efficacy indices, and focused ultrasound had a certain degree of sustained effect in treating chronic soft tissue injury. Two Patients had mild side effect, the side-effect rate was 2.50%. Conclusions The focused ultrasound used by this study is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury.
