摘　　要：目的:研究皮下修剪法腋臭根治术手术成败原因及处理。方法:123例腋臭患者采用了腋窝横皱襞小切口皮下修剪法腋臭根治术,统计了应用此术式的疗效并对手术成败原因进行分析。结果:未清洗条件下,活动出汗后双侧腋窝无臭味为痊愈,本组109例;距腋窝50 cm处未闻及臭味为有效,本组14例;活动出汗后距腋窝50 cm处闻及臭味为复发,本组0例。结论:皮下修剪法腋臭根治术是一种微创、疗效可靠的腋臭手术方法。Objective： To summarize the outcome of radical correction of axillary osmidrosis by subcutaneous excision. Methods： The clinic data of 123 cases with axillary osmidrosis treated by a radical surgical correction of subcutaneous excision were investigated. Results： One hundred and nine patients were cured, the other 14 were effective, and no patient recurred. Conclusion： The radical correction of axillary osmidrosis by subcutaneous excision is one kind of credible treatment.
