摘 要:采用水培法研究铁毒胁迫对水稻过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)同工酶酶谱的影响。结果表明,与正常营养液处理相比,处理7 d,随Fe2+浓度升高POD酶条带数有所增加,在50 mg/L时开始出现新的酶条带,而且峰值也随着增大;处理28 d,POD活性表现出先升高后降低的特点。CAT同工酶在铁毒处理的14 d时,酶峰值随浓度的升高而增加,Fe2+浓度到50 mg/L时达到最大值后逐渐降低。因此,短时间的铁毒胁迫,水稻叶片通过增加POD和CAT同工酶条带数和酶峰值来防御铁毒害,但其防御功能是有限的,长时间铁毒胁迫会抑制POD和CAT同工酶产生。A solution culture was conducted to study the effect of ferrous iron toxicity on the enzymograms of peroxidase and catalase isoenzyme in rice seedlings. The results showed that the zymogram numbers and peak value of POD isozymes increased when increasing the concentrations of Fe^2+ at 7 d, and appeared a new isozyme band at 50 mg/L level. Initially, the activity of POD isoenzyme increased, and then decreased at 28 d. The peak value of catalase isoenzyme increased with increasing levels of Fe^2 + up to 50 mg/L, and thereafter was gradually declined at 14 d. The results of this study suggested that the rice seedling can ameliorate iron toxicity by enhancing the zymogram numbers and peak value of peroxidase and catalase isoenzyme, but the defensive capacity was hmited. Long time treatment of Fe^2 + toxicity could inhibit the production of peroxidase and catalase.
