摘  要:2001年7月,浙江及其周边地区爆发了猪高热综合症,该病以持续高温、食欲废绝、皮肤发红为主要特征,病死猪解剖可见肾脏苍白呈土黄色,淋巴结水肿或出血,大叶性肺炎和心脏疲软。通过检测近期临床分离的病原菌的变化特点,能够了解在该病下的细菌继发情况,以利于病原菌的监控和治疗,指导抗生素的有效使用。结果表明,革兰氏阳性细菌所占比例明显高于革兰氏阴性细菌,分别占67.8%和31.2%;革兰氏阳性细菌中,葡萄球菌又占很高的比例,约占整个细菌分离量的54.1%,猪链球菌约占8.2%,埃希氏大肠杆菌约占30.8%。The hyperpyrexia syndrome of pigs, which had main features lasting high temperature, no appetite, skin redness, pale-colored kidney, lymphaden oedema or hemorrhage, lobar pneumonia and heart weakness, was outbreak in Zhejiang province and its surrounding provinces in July 2001. The change characteristics of the pathogen isolated from the recent clinical and the bacterial secondary situation of this disease were investigated in the paper. The results showed that the proportion of Gram-positive bacteria is significantly higher than that of Gram-negative bacteria, which accounted for 67.8% and 31.2%, respectively. Among Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus accounted for about 54.1% of total, Streptococcus suis was about 8.2%, and Escherichia coli was about 30.8%.
