舒骨康煎剂治疗去势后大鼠骨质疏松的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究舒骨康煎剂治疗去势大鼠骨质疏松症的疗效，并探讨其作用机理。方法取10月龄的雌性SD大鼠，将SD大鼠切除卵巢制作绝经后骨质疏松症动物模型，用中药组方舒骨康水煎剂灌胃治疗，并与西药尼尔雌醇治疗组进行对照，观察其对骨质疏松的治疗后骨密度的变化。结果舒骨康煎剂具有抑制骨矿丢失，增加骨密度，改善骨生物力学等指标的作用，其作用机制尚待进一步研究。结论舒骨康煎剂对去势大鼠的骨质疏松症具有治疗作用，可提高骨密度值，改善骨的生物力学性能。推测其作用可能是通过改变体内激素水平来实现的。Objective The experimental study was carried out to prove the efficacy of SHUGUKANG Decoction in ovariectomized rats and to investigate its mechanism. Methods After 10 months of operation, female SD rats were Ovariectomized, used SHUGUKANG Decoction treatment and compared the Nylestriol treatment group. Observed on the treatment of osteoporosis, bone mineral content, bone strength changes. Results The SHUGUKANG Decoction can inhibit the bone mineral loss, increase bone density and improve bone biomecbanics other indicators of the role. Its mechanism is to be studied further. Conclusions SHUGUKANG Decoction effectively prevents bone loss and obviously increase bone biomechanical properties in OVX rats. Its role could be changed through the body＇s hormone levels.
