摘　　要：莱钢采用UHPEAF冶炼—LF(VD)精炼—连铸—轧制短流程工艺路线开发生产了N80级36Mn2V非调质油井管用钢,通过采取精料、严格控制电炉终点(TPC)、强化预脱氧、合理调整精炼炉渣、连铸保护浇注、钢管轧后控冷等工艺措施,使生产出的产品具有成分均匀、残余元素含量低、氧含量低、夹杂物少、晶粒细小的特点,较好地满足了石油工业对高质量油井管的要求。In Laiwu Steel, the high quality N80 36Mn2V non-quenehod and tempered tube billet for oil well pipe was developed and produced by the following short flow process： UHP EAF- LF（VD） refining--continuous casting--hot charge-rolling, in which adopted the concentrated feed and fining craft measures such as terminal process eontrol（TPC）, strengthening prc-deoxidation, adjusting refining slag with reason, continuous casting protection casting and control cooling after rolling, Enabled the produced products to have the ingredient evenly, the remaining element content low, the oxygen content low, the inclusion few, the crystal grain tiny characteristic, Satisfied the oil industry well to the high grade oil well pipe request.
