摘  要:总结了济钢1750m3高炉投产以来在强化冶炼工艺技术方面所取得的进步。重点阐述炉顶布料、活跃炉缸、富氧喷煤及炉型维护等方面的经验和技术措施。通过技术创新,高炉主要技术经济指标显著提高,月焦比降至350kg/t,煤比升至165kg/t。今后发展方向是在高冶强下追求更低燃料消耗和高炉长寿,以求更好的经济效益。The paper summarized the progress of Jinan Steel' s 1 750 m^3 blast furnaces since putting into production in intensified smelting technology. It elaborated the experiences and technique measures of burden distribution, activity hearth, pulverized coal injection with oxygen enrichment and furnace profile maintenance. By technique innovations, the main economic and technical indexes were improved obviously. The coke rate was decreased to 350 kg/t and the coal injection rate reached 165 kg/t. The future object is to reduce fuel consumed and achieve long campaign life in enhancing-smelting condition, for farther economic benefit.
