摘 要:根据现场测试,助吹流量增加有利于增加脱硫剂输送的稳定性,但如果流量过大易造成喷溅;管道直径减小、喷枪出口直径变大,有利于增加粉剂输送的稳定性,但喷枪出口太大易堵枪;石灰生烧严重易造成铁水喷溅。综合分析,输送管道直径改为φ16mm,喷枪出口直径改为φ10mm,助吹流量选择0.30m3/min,石灰的灼减控制在4%以下。喷吹参数优化后,解决了中小型铁水包喷吹脱硫存在的喷溅和堵枪等难题,使脱硫镁粉的消耗降低到吨铁0.452kg以下。By field testing, transport flux increasing was propitious to transport stability, but over great flux easily makes for splash. Pipeline diameter decreasing and lance outlet diameter increasing were propitious to transport stability, but over great lance outlet diameter easily makes for lance blockage. Over high LOI of lime easily come into being splash. By synthesis analyzing, transport pipeline diameter was transformed into Ф 16 nun, lance outlet diameter was transformed into Ф10 mm, transport flux adopted 0.30 m^3/min, LOI of lime was controlled below 4%. After optimizing parameter, these difficult problem such as slopping and lance blockage were successfully solved on small ladle and the consumption of the magnesium power for desulphurization per ton hot metal was reduced
