摘 要:采用空气混合少量氩气常压等离子体对涤纶织物进行表面改性处理,再用浅蓝色纳米颜料墨水进行喷墨印花.探讨了等离子体处理对涤纶织物喷墨印花的K/S值、防渗效果、纤维表面形貌的影响,并对不同的氩气混合比例和处理层数做了比较.结果表明:经空气氩气混合气体等离子体处理的喷墨印花用涤纶织物,其亲水性和防渗性显著提高,喷墨印花图案清晰,得色量提高,印花色牢度没有降低;最佳氩气混合比例为20%,最佳处理条件为:功率300 W,时间150 s,极板间距3 mm.Surface modification of polyester fabric was carried out by using atmospheric-pressure argon and air plasma. The samples were jet-printed with light magenta pigment ink. The influence of plasma on the K/S value, performance of anti-bleeding of inkjet printing and surface configuration of polyester fiber were discussed. The results showed that for the fabric pretreated by plasma with a little argon, its hydrophilicity and anti flushing property were both enhanced greatly, the inkjet printed fabric could obtain the enhanced color yields and excellent sharpness, and the color fastness did not decrease. The optimum proportion of argon is 20 % and the optimum plasma treatment conditions are as the following, the exposure time is 150 seconds, the gap distance between two electrodes is 3 mm and the power is around 300 W.
