摘 要:以四倍体玫瑰香葡萄为试材,以喷清水为对照,探讨了不同浓度外源SOD对叶片、果实抗氧化酶活性和含糖量的影响。结果表明:低浓度的外源SOD有微弱的提高果肉SOD活性的作用,但不足以形成"SOD葡萄";不能提高叶片中的SOD活性,也不能提高葡萄叶片及果肉中POD的活性。外源SOD对葡萄果实含糖量没有提高作用。综合试验结果,认为喷施外源SOD不能改善四倍体玫瑰香葡萄的食用品质,并认为对所谓"SOD水果"的生产及其保健价值应加大研究力度,以澄清相应的理论问题并引导消费者科学消费。Effects of different concentrations of exogenous SOD on antioxidant enzyme activities and sugar contents in leaf and fruit were studied, taking tetraploid plant in Vitis vinifera cv 'Muscat humburg' as materials and water treatment as the CK. The results showed that low concentration of exogenous SOD could lightly increase SOD activity in fruit, but couldn't change materials into "SOD grape"; it couldn't increase SOD activity in leaf and POD activities in leaf and fruit. Exogenous SOD couldn't increase sugar content in fruit. So exogenous SOD couldn't improve edible quality of grape. It was put forward that researches on production and healthful values of so-called "SOD fruit" should be strengthened, to clarify related theoretical questions and guide scientific consumption.
