摘　　要：本文评介了新技术、新材料和新工艺在薄膜技术的应用及其最新发展。The development of science is chaning the look of the traditional optical films.The adoption of new technologyies,new materials and new technigues has been used either to improv the properties of the films,or to combine the films with other kind of films for the construction of new devices.More important is that all the new types of the films have a potential very broad future in the application.
