6例胆石性肠梗阻的CT诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨胆石性肠梗阻CT表现及其诊断价值。方法:回顾分析6例经手术病理证实为胆石性肠梗阻的临床资料与CT表现。结果:所有病例均见肠梗阻征象与肠腔内迷走结石(异位结石),4例有胆系积气,3例可见胆囊变形,胆囊周边脂肪模糊,2例有少量腹水。结论:根据CT表现,结合临床症状体征可作出该病的诊断。Aim： To investigate CT findings of gallstone ileus Methods： CT appearance and clinicopathologic features in 6 cases eus were retrospectively analysed. Results： Signs of ileus, ectopic and to discuss the value on diagnosis. of histopathology confirmed gallstone ilgallstone were seen in all cases. Air in biliary tract was seen in 4 Cases. The distorted gallbladder was seen in 3 Cases. The fat around the gallbladder could not be seen clearly. Peritoneal fluid was seen in 2 cases. Conclusion： According to the CT appearance of gallstone ileus, the accurate diagnosis can be done with clinical symptoms.
