摘　　要：铁路正线(区段)开办超限超重货物运输,涉及的影响因素较多,且这些因素对开办条件的限制作用也有所不同。影响超限超重货物运输的因素可分为两大类:第一类为具有否决性的因素,第二类为对超限超重货物运输有不同程度影响的因素。通过对这些因素进行分析,可以为确定超限超重货物运输开办条件的评估提供参考依据。There are many factors which affect railway out-of-gauge and enhanced-load goods transport at different levels, which can be classified into two major categories;factors which have veto power on the out-of- gauge and enhanced-load goods transport and factors which have different effect on such railway services. Analysis on those factors could serve as reference for feasibility evaluation on out-of-gauge and enhanced-load goods transport service.
