摘　　要：根据南加金矿普查资料,在简要叙述其区域地质概况的基础上,探讨了该石英脉型金矿床的基本地质特征。该矿床是产出背斜轴部,受顺层构造断裂(裂隙)控制,与毒砂、黄铁矿密切共生的热液型金矿床,具有一定的找矿前景。According to the reconnasissance information and on the basis of narrate the regional geologic condition, the foundational geologic characters of this quartz vein - type gold Deposit was discussed. It is the hydrothermal ore deposit, which the occurrence is anticlinal axis, controlled by bedding tectonic fracture and has deep relationship with arsenopyrite and iron pyrites. It has some prospecting potential.
