少数民族现代化与赫哲族农户生计转型:一个分析框架

摘　　要：本文通过对一个赫哲族社区农户生计方式变迁的田野调查发现,由于逐步卷入近代以来特别新中国成立之后的现代化浪潮,延续了千百年的赫哲族传统渔猎经济的物质基础和社会环境发生了根本变化,传统生计方式面临着前所未有的危机。而与此同时,随着融入现代社会的进程,为这一古老民族的经济、社会的发展带来了新的机遇,特别是自改革开放以来,依托国家和地方政府的各项民族政策和少数民族扶持项目,赫哲族农户开启以现代种植业为主的生计转型。The course of the change of the livelihood mode of the Hezhe nationality is reviewed in this paper.It is found that the modernization in recent times especially after the liberation of the Peoples' Republic of China makes the change of livelihood of the Hezhe Farmers,which reduces to the social and economic bases of their traditional livelihood.At the same time,the modernization gives some great chances of changing their livelihood in the face of crisis of traditional fishing and hunting resources,such as,the state ethnic policies and many programs for improving the development of the Hezhe rural community provided by the state and local government,which accelerate the transition of livelihood for the Hezhe Farmers.
