腹膜假性黏液瘤的CT影像表现及鉴别诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜假性黏液瘤(PMP)的CT影像表现,提高对本病的认识与诊断水平。方法回顾性地分析经手术、病理及穿刺证实的10例PMP CT表现。结果(1)10例均可见腹、盆腔脏器扇贝样压迹,其中8例表现典型的扇贝样压迹,2例肝脾实质脏器周围仅见轻微压迹;7例有肠系膜浸润性改变;8例见腹、盆腔内分房粘液团块,其中2例腹壁皮下可见黏液样低密度团块;6例伴有腹水,1例合并钙化。结论腹、盆腔脏器扇贝样压迹、分房黏液性团块是PMP的CT影像特征,CT检查对PMP有重要的诊断价值,CT检查可作为PMP的首选检查方法。Objective To investigate the CT display of pseudomyxoma peritonei and improve the level of diagnosis and knowing the disease. Methods Ten cases were confirmed by operation, pathology and pricking; the exhibition of CT was reviewed and analyzed. Results All cases showed abdominal cavity,pelvic organs peripheral scalloping, 8 cases appearanced the typical scal： loping,2 cases appearanced the mini-impressing. 8 cases showed abjoint of the blenn-bolus in abdominal cavity,CT slightly higher than water,showed borderline intensity,amonog which 2 cases displayed abjoint of the blenn-bolus in abdominal wall. 7 cases combined infiltrative changes in the mesentery and peritoneal nodules;6 cases combined ascites, 1 cases combined a half-moon of calcification. Conclusion Abdominal cavity, pelvic organs peripheral scalloping is character of pseudomyxoma peritonei and CT check is very valuable to diagnosis, so can make CT as the first method.
