高校期刊稿件管理系统的开发与设计

摘　　要：为提高工作效率,实现编辑部的办公自动化,设计开发了高校期刊稿件管理系统。文章分析了期刊编辑部自主开发稿件管理系统的优势,介绍了高校期刊稿件管理系统的主要功能、系统的运行环境及部分模块的关键代码。与类似系统相比,该系统增加了自动筛选审稿专家的功能。To overcome being short in editors in the editorial department of university journals and to improve the efficiency, a contribution management system is designed to lessen the burden on the university journal editors. The paper introduces the advantages and characteristics of the system, which can achieve the routine management of the contributions submitted to the editorial department.
