免气囊分离器无钉合完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术

摘　　要：目的:探讨免气囊分离器无钉合完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术(totally extraperitoneal prosthetic,TEP)的可行性和安全性。方法:回顾分析我院2004年6月至2006年6月对收治的27例各类型腹股沟疝进行免气囊分离器无钉合完全腹膜外腹腔镜疝修补术的临床资料。结果:手术均顺利完成,无中转手术,手术时间85～140min,平均103min,术后平均住院4.6d,随访1～15个月无复发。结论:免气囊分离器无钉合完全腹膜外腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术是一种安全有效的疝修补方法,具有术后复发率和并发症发生率低的优点,适于腹部斜疝、直疝、股疝等的治疗。Objective：To explore the feasibility and safety of totally extraperitoneal laparoseopic herniorrhaphy without balloon dissectors or nails. Methods ： The clinical data of 27 cases Treated by this kind of TEP procedure from June 2004 to June 2006 were retrospectively analysed. Results：Twenty seven cases had been operated successfully, there was no one converted to open surgery,The operative time was 85 to 140min （mean 103min）, The mean time of hospitalization was 4.6 days, There were no recurrence occurred in all the cases followed up. Conclusions：The operation is an effective procedure to treat the inguinal hernia with low recurrence rate and complications. It can be used to treat the direct and indirect inguinal and indirect hernia.
