摘 要:随着人造板等木质复合材料应用范围拓宽,木材用胶粘剂品种和数量逐年增加。但目前在我国用量最大的仍然为酚醛、脲醛和三聚氰胺树脂等合成树脂胶粘剂,其存在着甲醛释放量大,耐水性差和储存期短等缺点。本文主要介绍传统“三醛胶”的改性方法,和淀粉基胶粘剂、大豆基肢粘剂等新型胶粘剂的制备与其改性,分析目前我国木材用胶粘剂存在的问题以及未来的发展趋势。With the broadened application of manmade board and other compound material wood, the variety and quantity of adhesives for wood has increased yearly. However, the majority adhesives applied in our country is still phenol-formaldehyde, urea-formaldehyde, melamine resin and other compound resin adhesives, which releases great amount of formaldehyde, irresistible of water, stores shortly and has other disadvantages. This paper mainly introduces the modification of traditional formaldehyde, and preparation and modification of adhesives based on starch and soy protein and other new types. It also analyzes the problems of the adhesives for wood and the developmental trends.
