影响药物流产成功率的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨影响药物流产成功率的相关因素。方法:回顾我院1436例经米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠的临床资料,分析影响药物流产成功率的相关因素。结果:孕周>7周者药物流产不全及失败率高于孕周≤7周者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经孕者药物流产不全及失败率高于初孕者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。孕囊直径≥2cm者药物流产不全及失败率高于孕囊直径<2cm者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。后倾后屈位置子宫药物流产不全及失败率高于前倾水平位置子宫,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:药物流产不全及失败率与孕周、孕次、孕囊大小、子宫位置有关。Objective： To explore the related factors that affected the success of drug abortion. Methods： 1436 cases of abortion using mifepristone and misoprostol were reviewed, and the factors that ＇affected success rate were analyzed. Results： The achievement ratio of gestational within 7 weeks was significantly higher than that beyond 7 weeks （P〈0.01）. The achievement ratio of first pregnancy was significantly higher than that of second pregnancy in drug abortion （P〈0.01）. The diameter of embryo smaller than 2cm was more susceptive than that of beyond 2cm in drug abortion （P〈0.01）. The ratio was higher for anteversion of uterus than retroversion of uterus and retroflexion of uterus in drug abortion （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The success of drug abortion was related with the gestational weeks, the diameter of the embryo, the times of pregnancy, and the position of uterus.
