摘 要:用11个采集点野生三叶木通(Akebia.trifoliate)单株进行栽培试验,对其茎藤生长性状与采集点地理因子、试验点气候因子之间进行典型相关分析,探讨其地理变异规律.结果表明:三叶木通地理变异的基本模式是以海拔垂直梯度变异为主,纬向渐变为辅;海拔及纬度差异产生了温度和光照差异,水热因子的综合选择作用是三叶木通茎藤生长性状地理变异的重要原因,其中温度和光照是主导因子.海拔或纬度较高的地区,产生了喜温光喜湿的三叶木通气候生态类型;海拔或纬度较低地区,产生了喜温光的三叶木通气候生态类型.An experiment was carried out on wild Akebia trifoliate plants from 11 different habitats, the canonical correlation analysis between the traits in stem growth and geographical factor and climate factor were investigated to the characteristics of the variation. The results showed the basic geographical variation patterns of Akebia trifoliate is mainly influenced first by the altitude then the latitude. The difference of the elevation in altitude and latitude bring about the difference of the temperature and light duration, and the integrated effect by heat and humidity was important to the geographical variation of the traits in stem growth of Akebia.trifoliate, of which the temperature and illumination are the key factors that result in ecotype of the temperature and humidity growth in higher elevation area of altitude and latitude, and that of the temperature and illumination in lower elevation area.
