摘 要:以乙醇和水为介质,在常压微波反应条件下用L-半胱氨酸与邻-羟基苯甲醛合成L-2-邻羟苯基-噻唑烷-4-甲酸.讨论了微波功率和反应时间对产率的影响.实验表明微波技术可用于光学活性物质的合成,并显示出微波合成的简便、安全、快速、产率高的特点.The L-2-O-hydroxy-benezene-thiazolidine-4-carbo-ylic acid were prepared from L-cysteine and O-hydroxyphenyl aldehyde with the solvent of ethanol and water under the irradiation of microwave at conventional pressure. And the feasibility of microwave technology in synthesizing optical active compounds was examined and the influence of microwave power and reaction time on the yield were discussed as well.The results show that microwave technology is a method of simplity, security, rapidity with a high yield.
