2005～2006年福州市自然人群乙型肝炎病毒感染状况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解福州市乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染现况,为制订乙肝预防控制策略提供科学依据。[方法]2005年11月至2006年3月,在福州市抽取部分自然人群进行HBV感染状况调查。[结果]调查1538人,HBV感染率为59.56%,其中HBsAg阳性率为13.33%,抗-HBs阳性率为53.25%,HBeAg阳性率为2.28%,抗-HBe阳性率为17.04%,抗-HBc阳性率为56.83%。全部调查对象中,抗-HBs、抗-HBc双阳性者最多,占25.75%。沿海地区HBsAg、HBeAg阳性率均高于平原地区与山区（P〈0.05）;HBsAg、抗-HBe阳性率15～49岁较高（P〈0.01）;HBsAg阳性率呈现明显的家庭聚集现象。乙肝疫苗免疫人群HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性率均低于未免疫人群（P〈0.01）。[结论]当前福州市居民HBsAg阳性率高于全国平均水平,应在沿海及HBV感染者家庭成员中加强乙肝预防,做好乙肝疫苗接种工作。[Objective]The present study was conducted to find out the current situation of viral hepatitis B（HBV） infection and provide scientific basis to improve hepatitis B prevention in Fuzhou.[Methods]Investigate on HBV infection was conducted among the natural population randomly selected from December,2005 to March,2006.[Results]1 538 people were investigated.The infection rate of HBV was 59.56%.Of them the positive rate of HBsAg,anti-HBs,HBeAg,anti-HBe,anti-HBc was 13.33%,53.25%,2.28%,17.04% and 56.83% respectively.Of all the targets both anti-HBs and antiHBc were positive accounted for 25.75%.Geographically,The prevalence rate of HBsAg,HBeAg in coastal were higher than that in the plains and mountains（P〈0.05）;the prevalence rate of HBsAg and anti-HBs was higher in the people aged from 15 to 49 year olds（P〈0.01）;the prevalence rate of HBsAg shows Family Aggregation.The positive rate of HBsAg,anti-HBs and anti-HBc was lower in immunized people than that in un-immunized people（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The results showed that the positive rate of HBV in Fuzhou is higher than the national average level.Immunization with hepatitis B vaccine should be strengthened in coastal areas and the HBV infection persons＇ family members.
