摘　　要：[目的]了解于都县艾滋病流行特征,为制定本地艾滋病预防控制策略提供依据。[方法]对于都县2005～2007年艾滋病疫情资料进行分析。[方法]3年累计发现HIV感染者6例、艾滋病病人8例,死亡7例;男性10例,女性4例;年龄22～55岁;在外务工人员8例,家庭妇女3例,经商、司机、农民各1例;小学文化6例、初中7例、高中1例;性传播12例,静脉吸毒1例,不详1例;外地感染7例,家庭感染和当地感染各2例,不详3例;住院发现8例,主动监测发现6例;病例主要分布在农村。[结论]于都县艾滋病疫情呈上升趋势,以性传播为主,主要在农村流行,外出务工人员是主要的HIV感染人群。[Objective]To understand epidemiological characteristic of AIDS in Yudu county,provide scientific basis for prevention and control strategies. [Methods]Epidemic data of AIDS from 2005 to 2007 in Yudu county were analyzed. [Resuits]6 HIV infected persons and 8 patients were reported in 3 years. 7 patients died. Of them, 10 were male and 4 were female,aged from 22 to 55 years old. 8 cases were migrant workers and 3 were housewives. One was Businessman,driver and farmer respectively. The educational level of primary,junior high and senior high school was among 6,7 and 1 cases. 12 cases were infected through sexual transmission, 1 was venous drug user. The transmission route was unknown in 1 case. 7 cases were infected from other parts of the county,2 cases were infected in the family and in the county respectively. 3 cases were unknown. 8 cases were detected in inpatients and 6 cases were detected after active surveillance. Most of the cases were in the rural area. [Conclusion]The prevalence of AIDS was going up in the Yudu county,the main transmission route was sexual transmission, the main prevalence was in rural area, the main infected population were migrant workers.
