摘　　要：[目的]了解泰安市艾滋病流行现状,分析其流行趋势,为制定防治策略提供依据。[方法]对2006年泰安市各监测点、各筛查实验室、自愿咨询检测门诊和专题调查数据进行分析。[结果]2006年全市共监测各类人群92454人次,发现HIV感染者17例,阳性率0.018%。其中,感染者15例,患者2例;男性10例,女性7例;常规检测发现7例,专题调查和哨点监测发现10例。[结论]泰安市艾滋病疫情为低流行状态。应积极开展主动监测,及时发现感染者。[Objective]To understand the prevalence of AIDS in Taian, analyze the epidemic trend, provide scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. [Methods]Data collected from surveillance centers, screening laboratories,voluntary counseling and examination clinics and investigation of a special subject in 2006 were analyzed. [Results] 92 454（ person-time ） were supervised in 2006 in Taian. 17 persons were infected with HIV with the positive rate of 0. 018%. Of them 15 were HIV infected persons and 2 were patients. 10 were male and 7 were female. 7 were confirmed during regular examination and 10 were detected during investigation of special subject and sentinel survey. [Conclusion] The epidemic of AIDS was low in Taian, active surveillance must be conducted in order to detect the infectors in time.
