摘　　要：简要介绍了预制装配混凝土结构的发展现状,详细阐述了预应力装配式混凝土框架节点抗震性能研究的最新成果。预应力装配式节点的延性、变形恢复能力等性能优于现浇节点,附加适当的阻尼耗能措施后在高烈度地区同样具有良好的应用前景。In this paper, the author gave brief introduction of the current situation of the prestress precast concrete structure and described the latest research results of the joints aseismic characteristic of the prestress precast concrete structure in detail. The joint＇s character of the ductility and deformation-recovery ability are better than the corresponding ones of the cast-in-place concrete structure. The prestress precast concrete joints with additional and proper damper devices can also be applied in the high seismic intensity area.
