摘 要:目的了解广东省人体重要寄生虫病流行现状和态势,为制定防治规划提供科学依据。方法按《全国人体重要寄生虫病现状调查实施细则》要求进行调查。结果共查出9种寄生虫,肠道寄生虫感染共调查17014人,总感染率为27.11%,其中钩虫、蛔虫、鞭虫、华支睾吸虫感染率分别6.46%、7.79%、5.70%和5.35%;囊虫感染检查2425人,血清抗体阳性率为0.08%;儿童蛲虫感染检查3736人,感染率为30.38%。蛔虫和鞭虫感染高峰年龄在5~15岁之间,钩虫感染率高峰在35岁及其以上年龄组,华支睾吸虫感染率高峰在20岁及以上年龄组。钩虫感染率女性7.38%,男性5.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);华支睾吸虫感染率男性6.75%,女性3.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论与1990年第1次寄生虫分布调查比较,虽然总感染率和土源性线虫感染率均有所下降,但华支睾吸虫和蛲虫的感染率却升高,寄生虫感染与生产方式和生活习惯关系密切,已经成为一个严重的公共卫生问题,应积极开展综合性防控工作。Objective To understand the current status and trends of major parasitic diseases, a survey was carried out in in Guangdong Province. Methods All methods were performed according to the methods and requirements in the Detailed Operation Regulations of National Human Important Parasitic Disease Surveys. Results Totally, 9 species of parasites were found.17 014 individuals were surveyed for intestinal parasites,with a total infection rate of 27.11%.The infection rates of hookworm, ascaris, whipworm and Clonorchis sinensis were 6.46%, 7.79%, 5.70% and 5.36%, respectively. 2 425 individuals were examined for cysticercus, with a serologically positive rate of 0.08%. 3 736 children were examined for Enterobius vermicularis, with an infection rate of 30.38%. The infection peaks of both ascaris and whipworm were in the ages 5-15 group, while the hookworm's was in the groups of age 35 and above and the C. sinensis's in the groups of age 20 and above. The hookworm infecton rate of female (7.38%) was higher than the male's(5.52%), the differences between them were statistically significant (P〈0.01). The infection rate of C. sinensis of male showed 6.75%, while femail was 3.98%, and there were statistically significant of between them (P〈0.01). Conclusion Although the total infection rate and soil-born nematode infection rate of this survey show a decrease compared with the first parasite distribution survey (Year 1990), the infection rates of C. sinensis and E. vermicularis show an increase trend. Parasitic infections, closely relevant to working patterns and life habits, have been a severe public health problem in Guangdong Province. The comprehensive control work should be actively carried out.
