摘　　要：作为一种特殊的资本形态,社会资本主要存在于人际关系和社会结构之中,民众参与网络、普遍信任和互惠规范等作为构成社会资本的基本要素,与社会良性运行具有内在关联性。实现社会良性运行,需要对当代中国社会资本进行重构,在对现有社会资本进行改造,发掘和利用传统性社会资本的积极效应的同时,更重要的是要提高制度化、法治化水平,利用制度创新培育和壮大现代性社会资本。As a special capital form, social capital is mainly included in the interpersonal relationship and social structure. Public participation in the Internet, widespread trust and mutually beneficial regulation etc. are elements for constructing the social capital, which have inherent relevance with good social performance. In order to fulfill the good social performance, modern Chinese social capital should be reconstructed, not only by reforming the social capital, digging up and taking the advantage of the active effects of traditional social capital, but also by improving the level of institutionalization and legalization, and making use of the system innovation to cultivate and strengthen modern social capital.
