关于大型电厂启动/备用电源直接从系统引接带来的问题及解决方案的研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着高变比变压器的广泛应用,许多大型发电厂的启动/备用电源引接方案改变为由发电厂高压主接线系统带启备变。出于经济性考虑,大唐户县第二发电厂在工程设计中,对于一个半接线的主接线启备变回路采用直接由一个断路器带两个隔离开关跨接两条母线的形式。这种主接线形式给继电保护的配置和运行操作带来一系列新问题。本文重点对这种新的电厂主接线形式进行分析,并对保护配置提出完善方案。With wide application of transformer with high transformation ratio in recent years, the option for startup （standby） power source leading in large power plant is changed to be supplied by high voltage bus bar in power plant. For main wiring, considering economic running, a scheme of a breaker with two disconnecting switches which connects to two bus bars, is adopted. The main wiring torms brings a series of new problems to configuration ＆ operation of relay protection. This paper emphatically analyzes the new main wiring forms for power plant and proposes a perfect scheme for the configuration of the relay protection.
