摘　　要：为了研究车载铁水罐体的受力及热冲击对铁水车罐体的破坏作用,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对罐体进行计算,并掌握罐体耦合作用下工作层应力分布状态,依据计算结果所判断的应力危险区域与实际破损形貌相比照,两者其本物合。在应力温度场耦合分析的基础上,提出罐体内部合理布局及改进措施。To study the damage of molten iron car＇s body caused by thermal shock, the thermal stress distribution in working lining of the car is calculated using the ANSYS software. The stress intensive area inferred on the basis of calculating values of stress coincides with observed damaged area. Based on analysis of heat transfer and thermal stress, some feasible measures reducing heat loss of the car are discussed.
