189例不孕症患者225个自然周期IVF/M治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自然周期IVF/M治疗不孕症的临床价值。方法189例适应症患者接受225个周期,采集到的成熟卵母细胞当天受精,未成熟卵母细胞经IVM培养24h后用于受精,得到的胚胎于第3天移植。结果186例患者完成222个移植周期,共获得成熟卵母细胞205个,平均2.3±1.7个;未成熟卵母细胞2049个,平均9.2±5.4个。卵母细胞成熟率为82.5%,受精率为83.4%,卵裂率为93.0%。共95例患者获得临床妊娠,妊娠率为42.8%(95/222),胚胎着床率为16.2%;成功分娩42例活胎,达44.2%,27例仍在妊娠中。结论IVF/M用于治疗各种原因的不孕症是一种有效的方法。Objective： To determine the efficiency of a new alternative - natural cycle IVF of mature oocytes retrieved from dominant follicles combined with IVM of immature oocytes. Methods： 189 women with normal ovaries underwent 225 infertility treatment cycle. The matured ooeytes retrived were fertilized on the day when collecting and the immature oocytes retrived were in vitro matured and fertilized after 24 h. The resulting embryos were transferred on day 3 after oocyte retrieval. Results： Among 189 patients with 225 cycles started, 186 patients completed 222 treatment cycles. A total of 205 matured oocytes were collected with an average of 2.3 ± 1.7 and 2049 immature oocytes averaged at 9. 2 ± 5.4. The maturation rate was 82. 5%, fertilization rate 83.4% and cleavage rate 93.0%. Each patient was transferred 3.3 embryos averaged. In all, 95 ptients were clinically pregnant with 42. 8% pregnancy rate per transfer （95/222）, embryos implantation rate 16. 2%. 42 live births have been achieved and 27 patients were ongoing pregnant at the time. Conclusion： Natural cycle IVF/M is an efficient method for treatment of various infertility.
