摘　　要：目的探讨不育症患者卵巢皮质表面超声声像学异常与盆腔粘连的相关性;方法48例不育症患者,术前阴道超声预测是否存在粘连,以手术组结果作为对照组,评价实验组诊断盆腔粘连的特异性。结果超声组检查异常39例,其中经手术证实38例存在粘连,超声组检查正常9例,其中经手术证实6例正常,3例存在粘连;总符合率为91.7%(44/48),特异性为97.4%(38/39)。结论阴道超声下卵巢皮质表面声像学异常可以作为不育症盆腔粘连的特异性检查。Objective： To evaluate the related factors between abnormal ultrasonic appearance of ovarian and pelvic adhesion in infertility women. Methods ： 48 cases were examinated with Transvaginal uhrasonography if there was pelvic adhesion before operation （study group）, Outcome of operation was control group. Evaluate the specificity of pelvic adhesion with study group. Results： 39 cases were abnormal in study group and 38 cases were confirmed on operation while 1 case was normal. 9 cases were normal in study group and 6 cases were confirmed on operation while 3 cases were abnormal. There are 91.7% （44/48） in accuracy and 97.4% （38/39） in specificity. Conclusion： infertility women may be examined specifically in pelvic adhesion with Abnormal appearance of ovarian with Transvaginal uhrasonography.
