摘　　要：针对某60年代多层砖混结构房屋的改造设计,从抗震设防标准、地基和基础承载能力、竖向和水平构件抗震加固、砖墙开洞、门窗封堵等几个方面加以论述,对老旧房屋改造中经济合理的加固方案和构造措施加以介绍,可供同类设计参考。In the rebuilding design of a 1960s＇ multiple-storey brick-concrete structure building,discussions are made on aspects of seismic protection standard, bearing capacity of foundation and base, aseismatic strengthening of vertical and horizontal members, openings on brick wall and plugging of doors and windows. Economical and reasonable strengthening methods and construction measures applicable to rebuilding of old buildings are introduced for reference of similar designs.
