摘  要:寺坪水电枢纽工程是以发电为主的枢纽工程,大坝附近软岩料丰富,开采成本低。为最大限度地利用软岩料筑坝,使设计优化,进行了全面的软岩力学特性试验及坝体应力应变的数值分析研究。本文介绍三维弹塑性有限元数值分析的方法及成果。岩土料本构模型采用双屈服面模型,大坝特殊边界的力学特性采用界面单元模拟。计算分析结论为,寺坪面板坝设计优化方案无论是大坝变形与应力,还是面板变形与应力,以及周边缝的变形,其大小均在合理、可控的范围之内,未超出已建类似面板坝的实测值量级范围,优化方案在技术上是可行的。Siping Hydropower Project is a control project with the main purpose of hydropower generation, for which the dam is designed to be constructed with the soft rock with rich source and lower borrow cost nearby. Therefore, a numerical analysis on the stress-strain state of the dam body and a test on the comprehensive mechanical properties of the soft rock are made, so as to optimize the dam design with the maximum utilization of the soft rock therein. The method and result of the 3 D elastic-plastic finite element analysis are described herein, for which the double yield surface model is adopted as the constitutive model of the rock material and the mechanical properties of special boundary of the dam are simulated with the interface elements. The calculation and analysis show that not only the deformation and stress condition of both Siping Dam and its concrete faced slabs, but also the deformation of the circumjacent joints are within the reasonable and controllable extent without any excess of the magnitude of the actual value measured from the similar existed dams. It is demonstrated that the optimized design is technically available.
