摘 要:研究海泡石纤维对玻化微珠保温材料的分散性、稠度和分层度、干湿表观密度、导热系数、抗压抗折强度等性能的影响。结果表明,海泡石纤维有助于玻化微珠保温材料干混料中水泥与玻化微珠的分散,可以降低保温浆料的稠度和分层度,改善泌水、离析现象,并在导热系数基本不变时,提高抗压抗折强度。当海泡石纤维掺量为6%时,可提高保温材料28d抗压强度18.2%、提高抗折强度62.3%,明显改善保温材料的抗裂性。The influence of sepiolite fibre on dispersivity eonsistency, segregat on degree, dry and wet density, thermal eonduetivity, eompressive strength and bending strength of thermal insulation glazed hollow bead material is investigated. The results show that sepiolite fibre contributes to homodis,oerse of cement and glazed hollow bead, deereases ennsistency, and segregation degree of the thermal insulation paste,improves bleeding and isolating phenomenon,and compressive strength and bending strength are improved under the condition of coefficient of heal conduction basically keeps constant, When the dosage of sepiolite fibre is 6%,improvements of 18.2% in compressive strength and 62.3% in bending strength valnes are respectively obtained at 28 days, which exhibits better performance of eraek resistanee of the thermal insulation material.
