摘　　要：目的观察乙二胺四醋酸铁钠(EDTA-Na-Fe)口服液治疗婴幼儿缺铁性贫血的疗效和安全性。方法将203例缺铁性贫血患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组102例,给予EDTA-Na-Fe口服液0.5mg.kg-1.d-1,对照组101例口服硫酸亚铁片5mg.kg-1.d-1。结果治疗后两组实验室血常规指标明显增高,治疗组有效率100.0%,对照组为88.12%,差异有极显著性(P<0.01),治疗组治愈平均时间(26.66±4.20)d,对照组(31.62±5.4)d,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应1例(0.98%),对照组28例(27.72%),差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论EDTA-Na-Fe口服液治疗婴幼儿缺血性贫血临床疗效好,不良反应少,值得推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of EDTA-Na-Fe liquid on iron deficiency anemia in children. Methods The children with iron-deficiency anemia were randomly divided into study group and control group. The study group was treated with EDTA-Na-Fe liquid, 0. 5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1. The control group was given ferrous sulfate tablet 5 mg ·kg^-1·d^-1. Results The experimental parameters in two groups were improved significantly. The rates of effecaey and adverse reaction showed significant different between two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were 28 cases of adverse drug reaction in the control group（27.72% ） and only one case in the study group（0.98% ）. The average curing time for the study group was （ 26.66 ~ 4.20 ） days, however, the control group was （ 31.62 ＋-. 5.40 ） days. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion EDTA-Na-Fe liquid shows prominent effect and few adverse effects, which is worthy for clinic application.
