少油煤粉直接点火及稳燃喷燃器在 130t/h 锅炉上的应用

摘　　要：应用少油煤粉直接点火及稳燃喷燃器，对一台１３０ｔ／ｈ锅炉进行底层一次风口改造，燃用低挥发份（Ｖａｒ＝７％）无烟煤，达到了５０％负荷稳燃，锅炉效率提高２．７２个百分点，取得了较好的安全和经济效果。The buttom layer primary air openings of one set 130 t/h boiler were retrofitted by applying direct firing and stabilized combustion burners of pulverized coal with less oil. The stabilized combustion was obtained at 50% load, the boiler efficiency was raised by 2 72 percentage points and safety and economics effect was achieved when anthracite with low volatile matter (Var=7%) was burned.
