摘　　要：基于实例的配置开发方法,是一种基于知识的产品开发方法。针对其知识管理的特点,利用平衡计分卡,从财务、客户、基于业务的知识流程三个维度建立了产品设计的知识管理的有效性评价模型,更好地保证产品设计的质量和效率。Based on the characteristics of knowledge management of case-basod configuration development, the paper uses balanced scorecard to establish an effective product design knowledge management evaluation model which involves three dimentions： finance, customer and business-based knawledge process so as to ensuring the quality, and efficiency of product design.
