摘　　要：尿石症（USD）是一种世界范围的常见病和多发病，其发病率呈上升趋势，严重威胁人类健康。USD的病因和形成过程极为复杂，涉及到外界环境因素、内在个体因素、泌尿系统异常和尿液的改变等。本文就USD的危险因素予以综述，以了解USD人群的流行病学特点及其可能病因。Urolithiasis is a common disease worldwide, with a raising incidence ratio, and is a threat to human health. The cause and the formation of USD are complex, including environmental factors, individual factors, urinary tract abnormalities and changes in the urine. This article reviewed the risk factors of USD Ⅰ order to discuss the epidemiological characteristics and its possible cause.
